This is an example of a prototype, It's machined from Aluminum by CNC machining, and finished
with Sand blasting and Chrome Plating. Youde offers a wide variety of surface treating to ensure
that your parts meet all of their structural and appearance requirements.
CNC machining is a subtractive process in which parts are machined directly from 3D CAD files
using various computer controlled tools and cutters. Our machinists use 3D files to programming
for the CNC machines to remove material from a plat raw materials. Then the CNC machining turned
on work 24 hours a day continuously according to the programs.
